Role Description
This is a full-time role for a client servicing position. The client servicing team member will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, delivering presentations, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and concerns and developing solutions that meet their requirements.
Job Description:
- Able to communicate efficiently with clients and maintain healthy relationships.
- Managing e-commerce business (DTC store & marketplace platform) for premium brands.
- Inventory planning and forecasting pan-India.
- Website Management (Planning and managing on-site merchandise for brand stores and marketplaces and ensuring correct information is always updated).
- Marketing calendar and promotion planning for the year.
- Google Analytics & trend analysis. Managing and optimizing campaign metrics (impressions, CAR, conversions, ROI).
- Grow online business; need a flair to identify new opportunities to get more traffic & conversation on site.
- Weekly and monthly sale analysis and sending reportage to respective clients.
- Identifies new business opportunities – based on a thorough analysis of the marketplace, competition, and category performance. Evaluate these opportunities through the development of business cases with financial projections.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Candidates with D2C experience will be preferred
- Will be working with cross-functional teams such as software (IT), performance marketing, and digital marketing.
- Should have focused on consumer engagement, consumer activation, increasing the traffic on the websites, promotional deals, and out-of-the-box thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
