Job Summary:-BRE (Branch Relationship Executive) Typically serves as a frontline sales and customer service role in the banking and financial sector (often associated with Credit Cards or partner banks). They focus on acquiring customers, driving product sales, and resolving client inquiries at the branch level
Responsibilities and Duties:-
- Customer Acquisition: Source and sell financial products (such as credit cards, loans, or insurance) to walk-in branch customers.
- Relationship Management: Build a rapport with existing customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through field activities, cold calling, and corporate visits to hit designated sales targets.
- Customer Support: Assist walk-in clients with account inquiries, documentation, and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Skills:-
- Education: Minimum of a 12th pass degree in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in direct sales, banking, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
