Skills Required:
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, with familiarity in US and UK accents and culture.
- Confident in outbound calls, engaging clients, and maintaining effective communication.
- Quick learner with the aptitude to grasp tools and technologies rapidly.
- Strong networking, documentation, and data management skills.
- Hands on experience in PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs and CRM systems.
- Expertise in manual and automated data mining and lead generation
- Ambitious and driven for growth.
- Strong negotiation, time management and planning abilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate business leads through calls, bidding platforms, and social media.
- Effectively handling and co-ordinating with international clients
- Organize and maintain current and prospective client data while drafting business proposals.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Estimate project costs based on gathered requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and document client requirements.
