About the Role
Enreap is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our enterprise paid marketing engine across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Remarketing for multiple regions (India, SEA, MENA & USA) and partner ecosystems including Atlassian, AWS, GitLab, Monday.com, and ODT.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about generating enterprise pipeline, improving SQLs, optimizing CAC, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Display & Remarketing campaigns
- Manage monthly paid media budgets and optimize campaign performance
- Improve SQL generation, Pipeline, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates
- Build keyword strategies, audience segmentation, bidding strategies and campaign structures
- Execute landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Build and optimize remarketing campaigns across the buyer journey
- Work closely with Sales, Demand Generation and BDR teams to improve lead quality and pipeline
- Manage campaign tracking, attribution and reporting using GA4, GTM and CRM platforms
- Support SEO and AI Search Optimization initiatives to improve organic visibility
Must Have
- 4–6 years of hands-on B2B Performance Marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & Remarketing)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing USD 8K–15K+ monthly paid media budgets
- Experience generating Enterprise B2B Leads, MQLs, SQLs and Pipeline
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Conversion Tracking
- Experience with Landing Page Optimization, A/B Testing and CRO
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Salesforce
- Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple regions and business units
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, Cloud, DevOps or Enterprise Software
- Experience marketing Atlassian, AWS, GitLab, Monday.com or similar enterprise platforms
- Exposure to ABM, Marketing Automation, Looker Studio, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
- Basic understanding of SEO and AI Search Optimization (AEO)
