Burger Lounge is looking for a passionate and responsible Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage the team, and ensure customers enjoy a great dining experience. Candidates from all districts across Kerala are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations smoothly
- Handle staff scheduling, supervision, and team coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and stock management
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient workflow
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support sales growth and improve overall restaurant performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management is plus, freshers are also welcome
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to relocate if required
