Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Control Valve Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair control valves and associated instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of valve components, actuators, positioners, and control systems used in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, maintain, and repair control valves, actuators, and accessories.
- Perform calibration and troubleshooting of valve positioners (pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and digital).
- Disassemble, clean, replace parts, and reassemble control valves.
- Conduct leak tests, pressure tests, and functional tests.
- Interpret P&ID drawings, valve datasheets, and technical manuals.
- Diagnose and resolve valve-related process issues.
- Install and commission new control valves and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams during shutdowns and turnarounds.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
