Services team, Clientell AI - India Office, HSR Layout, Bangalore (in office, full time)
We don’t file tickets. We rebuild how a revenue team actually runs, then we’re the ones who show up when it breaks.
About Clientell AI
About this role Every client running Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM and ERP stack needs someone who knows the platform cold. You go into a client’s org, see exactly what’s broken or missing, and fix it. A Flow, a data model redesign, a permission set nobody ever understood, an Apex trigger doing something it shouldn’t, or the integration that wires the org up to the AI agents we build on top of it.
You are effectively the second person on our Bangalore Salesforce delivery practice. What that practice becomes is partly yours to decide.
What you’ll actually do
Own Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM or ERP implementation and configuration for a portfolio of client accounts: objects, flows, permissions, data model, integrations
Write Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components when declarative tools hit their limit, and know exactly where that limit is
Design the screens, not just the logic: Lightning pages, Flow screens, LWC layouts, laid out so the person using it doesn’t need a training session first
Run discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and solution presentations directly with US enterprise customers, sometimes with CXOs in the room
Own project execution end to end, including the production issue that surfaces the morning of a demo
Work with our engineers to wire orgs up to the AI agents we build, so the agent understands the org it lives in
Document to a standard another consultant could pick up tomorrow
Flag the bigger opportunity to the Solutions Consultant on the account
What makes you a fit
You know Salesforce deeply enough to work without hand-holding: Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, Flow, the data model, sharing and permissions
You write Apex, real Apex, in production, that you can walk us through line by line. Same for Lightning Web Components and the JavaScript underneath them
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, plus Platform Developer. If you don’t have the Developer cert yet but you can show us Apex you shipped, that counts
You have an eye for how a screen or a Flow should feel to the person using it, not just whether the logic behind it works
You can explain a technical fix to someone who has never opened Setup in their life
Excellent spoken and written English
You debug past the first Google result
Realistically this fits someone one to three years into Salesforce in any capacity. We’re not fixed on degrees or years. The band fits someone early in their career. If you’re further along and the number still works for you, apply anyway and tell us why
Use AI like you mean it This matters more here than at most places you’ve interviewed. If you’ve built yourself even a small agent or automation that quietly handles part of your job, that counts for more with us than another certification. Bring one thing you built or automated with AI that saved you real time on Salesforce work. Two minutes, screen shared. We’ll ask what broke and how you found out.
Even better if
You’ve worked at a consulting firm, an SI, or in a customer-facing delivery role
You’ve worked with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
You have a consultant-level certification, Agentforce Sales Consultant or Agentforce Service Consultant, on top of Administrator and Developer
You’ve touched HubSpot, NetSuite, or another CRM or ERP stack
A technical degree is fine to have, it’s not required and we don’t weight it heavily
What it’s actually like here Some weeks are heavier than others. A Flow breaks in production the morning of a demo, a call runs long, a go-live moves. When that happens everyone shows up. The rest of the time we don’t perform busyness. If you want work that stops moving at 6pm every day regardless of what’s happening in a client org, this will annoy you.
What you get in return: you own the org, not a queue. Visibility across the whole company. A practice you helped build rather than joined.
How we’re hiring for this We’re also hiring a Solutions Consultant and a Forward Deployed Engineer right now. One application, one process. If you turn out to be stronger in front of a client than behind a config screen, we may point you at the Solutions Consultant role instead, and we’ll tell you why after the first call.
Interview process
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager: role fit, your AI demo, your questions
A ninety-minute live session in an org: walk us through something you built, then we hand you a broken configuration and watch how you approach it. Bring a screenshot of a Flow or Lightning page you designed and be ready to defend why it’s laid out that way
A conversation with the founder, we name the accounts, you meet the people you’d work with
We aim to close this in under two weeks from the first call. If we pass, you’ll hear why.
Compensation and logistics ₹7-12 LPA. ESOP. Health insurance. First comp review at six months, not twelve. Full time, in office, HSR Layout, Bangalore. Not remote, our delivery model depends on people overhearing each other’s client calls. Direct US client exposure, travel likely, visa dependent.
