We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Teacher with strong curriculum development skills to join our team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities - Teach English language courses to students of different age groups and proficiency levels. - Design and develop engaging English language curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, and training materials. - Serve as a trainer for Communication Skill Development Programs with training delivery of up to 750 hours. - Conduct classroom and online training sessions using interactive teaching methods. - Assess student progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports. - Improve and update curriculum content based on student needs and learning outcomes. - Support academic planning and contribute to new course development. - Organize language activities, speaking sessions, and communication workshops. - Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification - Minimum 7 years of experience teaching English. - Proven experience in curriculum design and academic content development. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Strong classroom management and presentation skills. - Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in language institutes or communication training centers preferred. - Experience teaching IELTS, Business English, or Spoken English is a plus.
