Requirements:
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Team Leader in Website Sales / IT Sales
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong team handling and target achievement experience
* Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
* Comfortable working in the US Shift
