Job Description :
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Architect with a strong portfolio and expertise in concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, material selection, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovative design solutions, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing Exterior and Interior Designs
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to bring concepts to life.
- Plan efficient layouts and spatial arrangements that optimize functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Work on FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, detailing, and specifications.
- Oversee on-site implementation to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers for seamless execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high design standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Arch/B.E Civil/Diploma in Interior Design or any similar degree.
- Internship or experience in a design firm.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
