Aksara Jewellers is looking for experienced and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our Backend Operations Team.
We are seeking in-house tele sales professionals who are passionate about customer engagement, sales conversion, and achieving business targets while growing with the organization.
This role requires strong communication skills, customer follow-up capability, and local market understanding to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound tele sales activities professionally
- Contact prospective and existing customers for lead generation and business conversion
- Follow up with customers and maintain customer engagement records
- Promote jewellery collections, showroom campaigns, and business initiatives
- Coordinate customer appointments and support sales conversion
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity updates
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets within timelines communicated by Management
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer retention
- Support backend sales operations and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory
- Preference will be given to candidates from Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, BPO, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Retail backgrounds
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Basic computer knowledge and customer follow-up experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer handling and sales processes
- Awareness of the Bangalore local market and customer behaviour in jewellery retail will be an added advantage
- Kannada speaking candidates will be highly preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
