We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Prepare call reports and update management on lead status.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
