Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled L2 Infrastructure & Deployment Support Engineer to support enterprise banking and financial application environments. The role involves infrastructure setup, application deployment support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination across multiple technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities across UAT, Production & DR environments
- Manage Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server environments
- Support application components like Nginx, Apache, Node.js, PM2, IIS, Redis
- Configure and validate SSL/TLS, DNS, VPN, Firewall rules, Reverse Proxy, and Load Balancer setups
- Perform server monitoring and troubleshoot infrastructure/application issues
- Support Oracle Database connectivity checks and basic database troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Network, Security, DBA & Application teams
- Support API validations using Postman/cURL
- Handle deployment activities, patches, incident tracking, and production support
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, deployment records, and reports
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Linux & Windows Server Administration
- Knowledge of Web/Application servers (Nginx, Apache, IIS, Node.js)
- Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall, SSL/TLS)
- Basic database knowledge (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with VMware/Nutanix environments
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Basic Shell/Bash scripting knowledge
Preferred Experience
- Banking / BFSI infrastructure support experience
- Experience with DC/DR environments
- Enterprise application deployment & production support
- Security compliance / VAPT coordination exposure
Qualification
B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
