Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to promote investment products and acquire new clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, understanding investment needs, and supporting business growth through effective sales strategies and financial advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for investment and wealth management services.
- Promote investment products such as mutual funds, fixed-income products, portfolio management services, insurance-linked investments, and other financial solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital channels, and business development initiatives.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and investment objectives.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory developments.
- Coordinate with investment advisors, relationship managers, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of investment products and financial markets.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
