Maa Industrial Marketing is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to independently manage the company's complete finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tally Prime, and financial accounting, and be capable of handling the organization's day-to-day financial operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, quarterly return filing, and corrections.
- Maintain records and coordinate for Income Tax compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Manage customer and vendor ledgers, outstanding receivables, and payables.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and E-Way Bills.
- Generate monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Process vendor payments and customer payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits, GST, Income Tax, and statutory matters.
- Ensure timely compliance with all financial and statutory deadlines.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and company records.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or CMA Inter will be an advantage).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in an industrial trading or manufacturing company is preferred.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
