The Mission
As our TA Manager, you will not just fill positions—you will build the operational backbone of the Healthcare Institution. You will own the end-to-end strategy for hiring top-tier professionals across corporate, operations, and service departments, directly impacting our growth and patient care ecosystem.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
· Shape Strategy: Design and execute high-conversion sourcing strategies for all non-clinical business units.
· Be a Trusted Partner: Consult directly with leadership and department heads to map out talent needs and role blueprints.
· Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from creative sourcing to final offer closure.
· Innovate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, employee networks, and campus partnerships to build passive talent pipelines.
· Optimize the Funnel: Streamline candidate workflows to crush hiring timelines and eliminate dropout rates.
· Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain real-time, audit-ready recruitment dashboards to share clear insights with leadership.
· Close Top Talent: Masterfully negotiate compensation and roll out competitive offers aligned with company goals.
· Champion Our Brand: Drive employer branding initiatives that position Yashodha Hospital as an employer of choice.
Who You Are (Requirements)
· The Background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree (HR or Business Administration preferred).
· The Experience: 7–12 years of proven success in non-IT hiring, with a strong preference for healthcare or fast-paced service industries.
· The Track Record: Demonstrated capability in executing large-scale, high-volume hiring mandates successfully.
· The Skillset: Expert knowledge of modern recruitment platforms, proactive sourcing methods, and market intelligence.
