Industry: Furniture Manufacturing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee the dispatch operations of our furniture manufacturing unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the furniture industry and possess strong knowledge of dispatch planning, logistics coordination, inventory management, and timely order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished furniture products as per customer schedules.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport-related paperwork.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure safe handling of furniture products.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and delivery status updates.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during dispatch operations.
- Monitor inventory movement and reconcile dispatch quantities with warehouse records.
- Handle customer dispatch queries and provide shipment updates when required.
- Minimize dispatch delays and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills :
- Experience in dispatch operations within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse coordination.
- Familiarity with dispatch documentation and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatch schedules simultaneously.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics within the furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of furniture packaging, loading, and transportation processes.
- Willingness to work from the Bhiwadi, Rajasthan location.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
