About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory & Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations, stock allocation, quality control (QC), and catalog inventory processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse inventory systems, barcode scanning, stock management, and B2B/B2C inventory allocation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations
- Handle inward and outward stock scanning and data entry
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation
- Perform product quality checks (QC) before dispatch
- Allocate inventory for B2B and B2C orders
- Use barcode scanners and warehouse scanning systems efficiently
- Coordinate stock movement and warehouse organization
- Work with inventory management software for stock updates and tracking
- Ensure timely stock audits and inventory accuracy
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
- Experience using barcode scanners and stock scanning systems
- Knowledge of inventory allocation and stock handling
- Familiarity with any of the following software:
- Unicommerce
- Vinculum (VINCULUM)
- Understanding of B2B and B2C inventory processes
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Full Working Days
- Alternate Saturdays:
- 1st & 3rd Saturdays: Half Day
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Full Day
