Job Summary
The Branding & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all branding, promotional, and digital marketing activities of the hospital. The role focuses on enhancing the hospital’s brand visibility, patient engagement, community outreach, and lead generation through online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Promotion
- Develop and execute hospital branding strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Plan and coordinate hospital promotional campaigns, health awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Ensure consistency of the hospital’s brand image across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Coordinate the design and placement of hoardings, banners, posters, standees, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor and maintain branding standards across all hospital departments and facilities.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate patient inquiries and improve online visibility.
- Manage hospital websites and ensure regular content updates.
- Conduct digital promotional campaigns through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on analytics and results.
- Improve hospital search engine visibility through SEO and content marketing initiatives.
Social Media Management
- Create and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Plan and publish regular content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments for health education content, patient testimonials, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond appropriately to patient queries and feedback.
- Track social media performance metrics and submit periodic reports.
Marketing Campaigns & Digital Camps
- Organize and promote health camps, screening programs, and specialty awareness campaigns.
- Plan digital campaigns to support OPD growth, specialty services, and hospital events.
- Coordinate with clinical departments for service-specific promotional activities.
- Develop patient engagement campaigns to improve community participation and brand recall.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, graphic designers, printers, and digital marketing vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Negotiate marketing contracts and monitor vendor performance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient leads, campaign reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Present marketing insights and recommendations to management.
- Monitor competitor marketing activities and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns, digital advertising, and branding initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Expertise in social media management and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and campaign planning abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and online marketing tools.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
