- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
- Demonstrate knowledge of diamonds, gold, polki, kundan, gemstones, and luxury jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and customization options to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection for weddings, festivals, and special occasions.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and purchase history.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of jewellery showcases.
- Conduct inventory checks and support stock management activities.
- Process sales transactions and maintain required documentation.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and market developments.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
- Adhere to company policies regarding security, product handling, and customer service.
