- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and incident management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure system health and performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues within distributed systems.
- Ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of system anomalies.
- Familiarity with dashboard creation and customization to visualize system data effectively.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to implement sustainable solutions.
