- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues affecting factory utilities and production support systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted water supply by maintaining pipelines, pumps, valves, pressure systems, storage tanks, and plumbing fixtures.
- Attend plumbing breakdowns promptly and minimize downtime.
- Assist in plumbing work for new installations, machinery relocation, facility expansion, and modification projects.
- Install, repair, and maintain wash basins, kitchen sinks, Indian and Western toilets, urinals, showers, faucets, mixers, flush systems, and water heaters.
- Repair leaking pipelines, blocked drainage and sewage systems, damaged taps, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
- Install and maintain overhead and underground water tanks, booster pumps, and domestic water distribution systems.
- Conduct routine inspection of plumbing systems to identify leaks, corrosion, blockages, or equipment failures.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Replace damaged or worn-out pipes, valves, fittings, taps, sanitary fixtures, and other plumbing components.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of plumbing tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Ensure plumbing work complies with company safety, quality, and statutory standards.
- Report unsafe conditions and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI in Plumber / Pipe Fitter or equivalent vocational qualification.
8-13 years of experience in factory maintenance, commercial buildings, residential properties, or industrial facility maintenance.
Strong knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential plumbing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and leak detection skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
