About the role
To help us build cloud base solution systems that improve the customer experience, we’re looking for a DevOps engineer who can be responsible for deploying product updates within Azure/Github environment, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and be familiar with Kubernetes and Docker, is proficient linux administration knowledge, git workflow and hands on experience with python and will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended. The DevOps engineer will also help plan projects and be involved in project management
decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development
follows established processes and works as intended
- Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to existing software
- Identify manual processes that can be automated
- Maintain and improve the on prem or cloud infrastructure
- Implement integrations requested by development team
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate reporting and dashboards which reflect the overall health of development and test.
- Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
Profile
-
5+ years of successful experience as DevOPS engineer
Internal -
Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant
field -
Work experience in administration of microservices components within different
environment from integration to production -
Hands-on experience with DevOPS technology such as Kubernetes, docker Helm, Terraform

Proficiency with linux administration
-
Experience with network administration
-
Scripting experience with python, bash.

Basic development experience with Rust
-
Good to have experience with any onprem or cloud infrastructure to automate provisioning and orchestration

Good to have knowledge on Azure Kubernetes (AKS) knowledge

Applying agile methods, such as Scrum, Agile@Scale

English spoken fluently, Functional specifications writing skills

Experience in project execution

Curious with ability to learn continuously

Entrepreneurship and willingness to grow

Sense of ownership and responsibility in planning commitment. Costs conscious.
