Job Title: BPO Executive
Job Summary:
A BPO Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role involves resolving queries, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies and quality guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Provide product or service information to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal )
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
Working Conditions:
