- Handle and resolve telephone and intercom system issues.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot EPABX systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the hospital’s telecommunication systems, including EPABX, IP Phones, landlines, and intercoms, to ensure reliable communication.
- Attend and resolve internal and external call-related complaints.
- Maintain telephone lines, extensions, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with service providers for technical support and maintenance.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and ensure uninterrupted communication across the hospital.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
