About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with SEBI Registered Research Analysts (RAs), Stock Brokers, Trading Communities, and Financial Institutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the Indian capital markets and be capable of building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard SEBI Registered Research Analysts (RAs).
- Develop partnerships with Stock Brokers and Financial Institutions.
- Promote FlowDesk's AlgoTrades platform and its automation capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and online/offline presentations.
- Explain platform features, pricing models, and business benefits.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and events.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Technical teams during onboarding.
- Represent the company at seminars, webinars, expos, and trading events.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective partners.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and revenue forecasts.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.

Language Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
- 3–6 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Experience in FinTech, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets preferred.
