Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and strengthen brand visibility.
- Generate quality leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Plan and manage social media, online promotions, advertising campaigns, and other lead-generation activities.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to improve enquiry generation.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead follow-up, site visits, and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, enquiries, and site-visit numbers.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities and customer trends.
- Plan promotional activities, events, and other initiatives to increase project visibility.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Take ownership of marketing activities from planning to execution and results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Sales Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
- Candidates with prior freelance marketing experience will have an added advantage.

- Experience in independently handling marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities will be preferred.
