The E&I Engineer will design and implement the electrical distribution, automation, and safety control systems for the Bio-CNG facility, ensuring seamless operation and hazard mitigation in explosive zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Design: Program and configure PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems to monitor digester temperatures, pH levels, gas flow rates, and moisture levels.
- Explosive Zone Classification: Ensure all electrical installations in gas generation and compression zones comply with flameproof and explosion-proof standards (ATEX / IECEx / PESO).
- Instrumentation Selection: Select and calibrate sensors (pH probes, ORP sensors, temperature transmitters), gas chromatographs, and mass flow meters.
- Power Distribution: Design single-line diagrams (SLDs), size electrical panels, MCCs, transformers, and backup diesel generator (DG) sets.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
