Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA Marketing.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business development goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Generate new sales leads through site visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-up and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales reports, customer records, and daily activity updates.
- Support negotiations, documentation, and closure of sales deals.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
