Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA / ICWA
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Manager to support the Senior Accounts Manager and CAO in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and process controls. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, be capable of independently handling complex accounting functions, and possess leadership skills to supervise the accounts team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure accounting accuracy in Tally.
- Pass complex accounting entries and maintain ledger hygiene.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, MIS reports, and financial analyses.
- Extract and analyze data from Tally and develop management reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor reconciliations, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare outstanding payment reports and debtor/creditor ageing reports.
- Issue and monitor Purchase Orders.
- Independently prepare GST workings, reconciliations, and return filings.
- Support TDS, statutory compliances, and audits.
- Supervise and review work of junior accounts staff.
- Develop, implement, and enforce accounting SOPs and internal controls.
- Drive process improvements and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Advanced Excel skills and MIS reporting capabilities.
- Ability to independently finalize accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or process industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
