Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly not shorlistedskilled Project Manager to oversee both the production assembly processes and site operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and electronics engineering, team leadership, and project/site management, ensuring smooth production workflows and efficient client-site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Assembly Management:
· Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely and high-quality output.
· Oversee the procurement and efficient use of production materials and equipment.
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and operational standards.
· Resolve any production issues, optimize costs, and track performance.
Site Operations & Management:
· Manage site execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
· Coordinate site teams, manage resources, and handle client interactions.
· Maintain safety standards and liaise with government authorities as needed.
· Ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to on-site.
Leadership & Administration:
· Lead and supervise a team of 20+ employees.
· Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and ensure efficient workflow.
· Handle administrative tasks like reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
Travel & Client Interaction:
· Willingness to travel across India and abroad for site visits and client meetings (valid passport required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in production management and site operations.
· Strong background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (LEDs, metals, Borosilicate Glass preferred).
· Proven leadership skills and experience managing large teams.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
· Valid passport and willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
