We are looking for a tech-savvy Data & AI Automation Specialist with 2+ years of experience to streamline our digital operations. You will be responsible for turning "messy" data into organized insights and building automated systems—including chatbots—to improve our business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean, de-duplicate, and organize large datasets to ensure our CRM and databases are accurate.
- AI & Chatbots: Build and maintain intelligent chatbots to handle customer queries and internal workflows.
- IT Automation: Connect different software tools (using Zapier, Make, or APIs) to automate repetitive manual tasks.
- CRM Administration: Manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring lead tracking and sales data are flowing correctly.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to create simple, actionable reports and dashboards for the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a Data Analyst, IT Automation, or Operations role.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Experience with Automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Power Automate).
- Hands-on experience with AI/Chatbot builders (Intercom, ManyChat, or OpenAI integrations).
- Data Skills: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Mindset: A logical thinker who enjoys solving puzzles and making processes run faster.
