Tecfuge is a technology and e-commerce services company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We work across three verticals — Odoo ERP implementation, Amazon and Marketplace managed services, and SkillsBee Academy offering online and offline training courses. We are a growing team with 45 plus members and operations spanning India and the GCC region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are at a stage where people operations need structure — appraisals, policies, compliance, and recruitment need to be owned by someone who has done it before. This is a builder role. You will set the framework, run the process, and develop the team beneath you. If you enjoy creating order from scratch in a high-growth environment, this role is for you.
WHAT WILL YOU OWN
→ Design and implement the HR framework within 60 days — appraisal cycle, increment policy, leave policy, PIP process
→ Run quarterly performance reviews for 45+ team members across all departments
→ Own end-to-end recruitment — job descriptions, sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding
→ Manage statutory compliance — PF, ESI, TDS on salary, and applicable labour law requirements
→ Guide and develop the existing HR executive
→ Present a monthly HR report to founders — headcount, attrition, open roles, compliance status
→ Act as the honest bridge between leadership and team on all people matters
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE DONE BEFORE
→ 4 to 6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a company of 30 or more employees
→ Has independently run at least one full appraisal cycle — not just supported one
→ Has written and implemented at least one HR policy from scratch
→ Hands-on experience with payroll processing — PF, ESI, TDS
→ Has handled difficult conversations independently — performance issues, exits, increment decisions
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
