Job Purpose
Implement, monitor and enforce EHS practices, ensure statutory compliance, prevent incidents and promote a strong safety culture across solar project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety policies and statutory compliance.
- Conduct inspections, audits, HIRA/JSA and close observations.
- Monitor high-risk activities and permit-to-work system.
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and implement CAPA.
- Ensure PPE compliance and housekeeping.
- Prepare safety MIS, reports and dashboards.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project teams to drive safety culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety/ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH.
- 3–6 years in Solar EPC, Pharma, Manufacturing, Power or Industrial Projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
