Job Description: Associate Freight Broker/ Business Development Executive
Location: Noida Sector 2, Office-based/ Onsite

Budget:24 to 30 K pm inhand (as per the performance during F2f round of interview)
Shift: US Shift, 6:30 PM to 3: 30 AM (One way Cab Facility)
Role Overview
As an Associate Freight Broker/ Business Development, you will act as the vital link between companies that need to ship goods (Shippers) and the transportation companies that move them (Carriers). This is a high-energy, sales-driven role where your primary goal is to build your own book of business through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential shippers through cold
calling, business directories, and digital platforms.
Carrier Negotiation: Source reliable carriers, negotiate competitive freight rates, and
book loads efficiently.
Shipment Tracking (Track & Trace): Monitor active shipments from pickup to delivery,
ensuring timely updates and proactively resolving any transit delays.
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with both shippers and
transport partners through transparent and consistent communication.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records of rates, shipments, and customer
details in our internal systems.
What We Look For (Requirements)
Fluency in Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills- English
with a clear accent.
High Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude to handle high-volume cold calling
and daily sales rejections.
Multi-tasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling
multiple phone calls, emails, and tracking screens simultaneously.
Negotiation Potential: A natural knack for persuasion and quick decision-making under
pressure.
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
Administration is a plus, but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
