Job Overview
We are seeking two creative, technically skilled, and self-motivated Video Editors to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, impactful videos for our social media platforms, brand promotions, and educational course materials. This is a fully remote position, offering you flexibility and the freedom to work from your preferred location.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos (including promotional videos, educational content, and social media reels/shorts). Add music, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects to ensure smooth pacing and high-quality output.
- Content Optimization: Tailor video content for various platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook) to maximize viewer engagement and reach.
- End-to-End Workflow: Independently manage the entire post-production process, from organizing raw assets to delivering the final export.
- Creative Collaboration: Understand project requirements through remote communication, incorporate feedback promptly, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of video assets and project files for easy access and future use.
Requirements
- Experience & Technical Skills:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in at least one major video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience in creating short-form content (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks).
- Core Competencies:
- Strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling through visual media.
- Good aesthetic sense with the ability to create basic visual effects and motion graphics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs quickly and execute them efficiently.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-Motivated: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work productively in a remote, unsupervised environment.
- Strong Communication: Comfortable collaborating with the team via online communication tools.
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work on time.
- Equipment: Must have a stable internet connection and a computer capable of handling video editing software smoothly.

- Prior experience editing content related to education, spirituality, or health/wellness.

- Basic scriptwriting or copywriting skills for video content.
