Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of projects — from planning to execution to handover.
As a Electrical engineer/ Project Manager, your role is to ensure the project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards — while managing clients, teams, and site challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end electrical project execution
- Create project timelines, milestones, and resource plans
- Lead site teams (supervisors, engineers, contractors)
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines
- Handle billing, BOQs, and project documentation
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates
What We’re Looking For
- 6–7 years of experience in electrical contracting or execution
- Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, load calculations, and costing
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Someone who takes ownership — not just follows instructions
Good to Have
- BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in large-scale commercial / industrial projects
- Familiarity with project management tools or software
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
