Position: Account Manager - UK Voice Process
Location: On-site (Chennai T. Nagar)
Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM IST / 2 PM to 11 PM IST

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in our customer support team, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and providing top-notch support.
International Voice Process
We’re looking for candidates with experience in international customer support and voice processes.
You’ll be:
- Assisting customers via phone, ensuring their concerns are addressed professionally.
- Raising support tickets and monitoring work orders to completion.
- Collaborating with teams across the company to provide excellent customer service.
- Handling escalation and retention calls effectively.
- Learning and growing within the world of PropTech, with ample opportunities for career advancement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support or account management.
- Experience in international voice processes and SaaS-based customer support (preferably UK).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
- People-handling skills with the ability to gel well within the team and potential to lead in the future.
- Operations knowledge.
- Ability to handle escalations and retention calls with professionalism.
- Knowledge of the PropTech and SaaS industry.
- Experience as a Project Manager would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies would be an added advantage.
- Intelligent, proactive, and tech-savvy, with eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals.
