Sales & Marketing Executive
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by generating sales, promoting company products/services, and strengthening brand presence in the market. This role combines direct sales activities with marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
- Promote company products/services to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their requirements effectively.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Collect and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotions, campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Ensure proper sales documentation and timely updates in CRM/MIS systems.
- Follow up on payments and support accounts in collections as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in manufacturing or textile industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and basic marketing tools.
