To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.

A. Mandatory Core Skills

Production Support Foundations
Unix/Linux knowledge
Database skills:
Oracle
SQL
Monitoring tools:
Dynatrace / Splunk (or equivalent)
Deployment & Tooling
Experience with CI/CD tools such as:
Jenkins
GitHub
Chef (or equivalents)
Scripting & Automation
At least one scripting language:
Shell scripting
Python (or equivalent)
Behavioral Expectations
Strong ownership and accountability
Ability to work without close supervision (no micromanagement)
Flexibility (BizOps is not strictly time-bound)
B. SRE / BizOps Skillset (Core Expectation)
Across all profiles, a BizOps/SRE mindset is required:
Handling both operations + engineering
Ability to:

Troubleshoot complex issues
Maintain reliability
Exposure to production environments
C. Specialized DevOps Automation Skills
Must have strong DevOps capabilities :

Pipeline creation from scratch

End-to-end CI/CD ownership

Supporting initial system setup (high importance in this project phase)
