Job Title: HR Generalist
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the organization's people operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Coordinate training and development programs when required.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PG in HR is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
