Job Summary
Visko Group is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and generate new business opportunities for our product, Remark HR. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, sales closures, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Sell subscriptions of Remark HR and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support and guide junior BDEs in sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
