A. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and admission marketing plan.
- Prepare monthly marketing calendars and budgets.
- Identify target markets, parent segments, and local catchment areas.
- Plan school-specific marketing campaigns based on admission targets.
- Monitor competitor schools, their fee structures, activities, USPs, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies to strengthen the school's positioning in the local market.
B. Admissions & Lead Generation
- Generate quality student enquiries through online and offline marketing activities.
- Work closely with the Admissions/Counselling team to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Track leads from different sources and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Plan admission campaigns during peak admission periods.
- Conduct and promote Open House, Parent Interaction, School Tours, Education Fairs and other admission events.
- Ensure proper follow-up of marketing-generated leads.
- Analyse admission funnel data and recommend corrective actions.
C. Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Manage the school's social media presence and ensure regular, engaging content.
- Coordinate with agencies/vendors for Meta, Google and other digital campaigns.
- Monitor digital campaign performance, including reach, leads, cost per lead and conversions.
- Develop content such as videos, reels, posts, testimonials, achievements and event promotions.
- Ensure all digital communication follows the school's brand guidelines.
D. Local & Offline Marketing
- Develop strong visibility within the school's catchment area.
- Plan outdoor branding such as hoardings, banners, kiosks, standees and wall branding.
- Coordinate newspaper advertisements, pamphlets, flyers and local promotional activities.
- Organise school participation in local events, exhibitions and community activities.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, residential societies, communities, activity centres and other relevant local organisations.
- Identify opportunities for school branding at high-footfall locations.
E. School Events & Brand Promotion
- Plan and promote school events, workshops, competitions and celebrations.
- Ensure maximum participation from prospective parents and students.
- Coordinate photography and videography for important school activities.
- Promote student achievements, academic results, sports, extracurricular activities and school milestones.
- Develop parent testimonials and success stories for promotional purposes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
