Q-Commerce Executive Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
- Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, visibility, and issue resolution.
- Monitor daily sales, stock availability, and order fulfillment performance.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and competitor activities to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to maintain product availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and recommend actions to achieve sales targets.
