As a Cloud Engineer, you will design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, facilitate seamless API integrations, and ensure efficient service delivery, supporting our global digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with the project management team to align cloud solutions with business goals, systems architecture, and organizational standards. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to the continuous enhancement of technical standards and best practices for all aspects of cloud deployment and operational processes.

What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across environments throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize a consistent DevOps and DevSecOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions.
- Contribute to the adoption of DevOps practices by building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
- Implement automated infrastructure capabilities like backups, security tools, monitoring systems.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve processes for building, packaging, and deployment.
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Set up and manage cloud-based tools, infrastructure, services, and environments required for development, testing, and production.
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve system issues, debug code, and implement fixes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Manage and Resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, implement fixes, and collaborate to enhance system reliability and response processes.
- Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with the following technology and services: Terraform, REST APIs, Python or NodeJS, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM.
- Experience with core AWS networking services, including VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53 (DNS), and network connectivity design.
- Experience with AWS messaging and streaming services such as Amazon MSK (Kafka).
- Experience with AWS security services, including Secrets Manager, AWS KMS, and IAM roles, policies, Service Control Policies (SCPs), and Resource Control Policies (RCPs).
- Experience with AWS storage and file services, including EBS, EFS, FSx, and Storage Gateway.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Amazon EKS / Kubernetes.
- Experience with API Development & Integration.
- Experience with modern application architectures, such as Microservices, Event-Driven, and Cloud-Native architectures, focusing on scalability, resiliency, and seamless integration.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and apply AI thoughtfully to cloud engineering workflows, using sound judgment to improve infrastructure automation, and operational outcomes.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines, streamlining software delivery to ensure efficient and reliable deployments across multiple environments.
- Experienced in developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes and monitoring systems to optimize performance, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills, couple with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with cloud-native observability platforms and technologies such as Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo.
- Experience with Platform Engineering practices, including building and supporting internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and multi-cloud environments.
