Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX cum Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to create simple, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products.

Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Understand product requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing where required
- Create high-fidelity designs in Figma with strong attention to detail
- Contribute to and maintain consistency across products through a design system
- Prepare developer-friendly design specifications and handoff assets
- Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, product data, and business needs
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design
- A strong portfolio showcasing design process and completed projects (Portfolio is mandatory)
- Good hands-on experience with Figma
- Solid understanding of:
- User Experience (UX) principles
- Information Architecture
- Wireframing
- Prototyping
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, spacing, and layout
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of work
Nice to Have
- Experience working on SaaS, AI, or consumer-facing products
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with Design Systems
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, or Miro
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
