Oberon Overseas is looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Advisor to guide aspiring international students throughout their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to achieve targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team.
- Assist students throughout the admission process until enrolment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Meet monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in overseas education counselling is an added advantage.
