We are searching an AGM for our Govt. building construction projects who manages end-to-end site execution, ensures strict adherence to public sector compliance, statutory regulations, and budget allocations, and acts as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and government departments.
Experience: Min. 15 years experience is required in Govt. building construction projects. Previous experience is needed in CPWD, PWD, RAILWAY, NBCC etc. Govt. dept. project works.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite and offsite construction workflow.
- Review contractor billings, Measurement Books (MB), rate analyses, and execute stringent quality and material testing audits
- Ensure government buildings are delivered on schedule and within financial budgets.
Salary: 50,000-1.20 lakh/ month
Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
