Position Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, employee engagement, and overall HR administration.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Posting job openings on various hiring platforms
- Screening resumes and applications
- Shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview rounds
- Conducting initial HR screening interviews
- Maintaining candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Employee Onboarding
- Coordinating joining formalities
- Collecting employee documents
- Preparing employee records and databases
- Explaining company policies and onboarding processes
- Assisting new hires during induction and training
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintaining employee files and records
- Managing offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters
- Updating employee information and HR databases
- Ensuring confidentiality of employee records
Attendance & Leave Management
- Tracking daily attendance
- Managing leave applications and records
- Maintaining monthly attendance reports
- Coordinating with team leads regarding employee attendance
Employee Relations & Culture
- Assisting in maintaining a healthy workplace culture
- Addressing basic employee concerns and queries
- Coordinating employee engagement activities
- Supporting team-building initiatives
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintaining HR policies and processes
- Preparing HR reports and trackers
- Assisting founders with HR-related tasks
- Supporting operational and administrative requirements

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
