We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless operational delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing programs while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery of key business initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Content, Business, and Customer Success.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, track action items, and drive project progress.
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
Monitor program performance through dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
Prepare and present periodic updates to leadership teams.
Ensure process adherence, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across programs.
Drive communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or Business Excellence.
Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting and insights generation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
